1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player," "you") and 345wim ("the Platform," "we," "us"). They apply to all use of the 345wim website located at 345wim.bet and any related services, games, promotions, and communication channels operated under the 345wim brand.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or playing any game offered through 345wim, you unconditionally accept these Terms. 345wim reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of your account following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2. Eligibility

To register and use a 345wim account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 345wim operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Any account found to be operated by a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
• You must be a human individual — corporate or automated registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have previously been excluded from the 345wim platform.
• You must not be a current or former employee of 345wim or a close relative of such a person.
• You must be accessing 345wim from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for individual users.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on 345wim at any given time. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, or using multiple mobile numbers or email addresses — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances forfeited.

When registering your 345wim account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process or during subsequent identity verification.

345wim reserves the right to require identity verification at any stage, including but not limited to: prior to processing your first withdrawal, following any change to account details, or where our fraud prevention systems flag unusual activity. Acceptable verification documents typically include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 345wim login credentials — your username and password. Do not share them with anyone. 345wim will never ask for your password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.

4. Deposits & Payments

All transactions on 345wim are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion steps — your balance is held and displayed in PKR throughout.

The following deposit methods are accepted at 345wim:

All funds deposited to 345wim must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from an account belonging to another person — are not permitted and will result in the funds being returned and the account reviewed.

345wim does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with your provider directly. The 345wim platform is not responsible for charges applied outside the platform.

5. Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds) at any time through the 345wim account dashboard. Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.

Standard withdrawal processing times at 345wim are as follows:

• Standard accounts: Processed within 30 minutes during operational hours.
• Gold VIP members: Processed within 15 minutes.
• Platinum VIP members: Near-instant processing.

The minimum withdrawal amount on 345wim is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though requests above Rs 500,000 may be subject to enhanced verification at our discretion.

345wim reserves the right to request identity verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or where the cumulative withdrawal total exceeds a review threshold. Withdrawal requests will be held pending receipt and review of the required documents.

Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements attached to the relevant bonus — see Section 6 for full details. Attempting to withdraw funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will result in the bonus portion being removed before the withdrawal is processed.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

345wim offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Each bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant offer page. The following general terms apply to all 345wim bonuses unless a specific bonus states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — the amount you must bet before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated on the offer page and ranges from 20× to 40× the bonus amount depending on the promotion type.
• Bonuses must be used within their stated validity period. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device. Players found to have claimed a welcome bonus multiple times — through multiple accounts or other means — will have their accounts closed and funds forfeited.
• 345wim reserves the right to require a minimum qualifying deposit before any bonus is credited. Deposits made before a bonus code is entered (where applicable) may not qualify retroactively.
• Bonuses credited to a 345wim account are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value independent of the wagering requirement being met.
• 345wim reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with notice where reasonably practicable.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available at 345wim are provided by licensed third-party software providers. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules govern for matters related to game mechanics and outcomes.

345wim operates on the following fair play commitments:

• Provably Fair Games: Games designated as provably fair — including Aviator — use a verifiable cryptographic algorithm. The crash or outcome point is determined before the round begins and can be independently verified by any player after the round concludes.
• RNG-Based Games: All Random Number Generator-based games on 345wim are sourced from providers that hold independent audit certifications from recognised testing agencies.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer tables use physical equipment — real cards, dice, or wheels — dealt by human dealers in professionally operated studios. Results are not generated by software.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 345wim and may result in immediate account suspension:

• Using any automated software, bot, or script to play games or manipulate outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage at shared tables.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or software bugs — any winnings derived from a confirmed technical error will be voided.
• Using any form of arbitrage strategy that exploits price or odds discrepancies between markets.

8. Responsible Gaming

345wim is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all Pakistani players. We believe gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or personal hardship. The following tools are available to all 345wim account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure the platform to remind you of elapsed playing time at intervals you specify.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss per day, week, or month. Once reached, further betting is blocked for the remainder of the period.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

345wim reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Reasons that may lead to account action include but are not limited to:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or incomplete registration information.
• Operating more than one account in violation of the single-account policy.
• Confirmed or suspected fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Bonus abuse as defined in Section 6.
• Violation of any fair play provision in Section 7.
• Chargebacks initiated with a payment provider that are subsequently found to be unfounded.
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour directed at 345wim staff or other players.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 345wim will communicate the reason within 72 hours where legally and operationally possible. Where an account is closed following a confirmed violation, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any winnings derived from fraudulent activity) may be returned to the account holder through the original payment method.

Players who wish to close their 345wim account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be processed as a standard withdrawal to the registered payment method.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by 345wim is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 345wim collects personal information for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, and customer support. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

All player data on 345wim is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption during transmission. Financial data is processed exclusively through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways — 345wim does not store full card details or mobile wallet credentials on its own servers.

11. Intellectual Property

12. Limitation of Liability

345wim provides the platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, error-free service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 345wim shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings resulting from technical failures, server outages, or connection interruptions where these are outside 345wim's direct control.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the 345wim platform.
• Losses arising from the player's own decisions, including decisions relating to bet size, timing of cash-out, or strategy choices.
• Any loss resulting from a player sharing their account credentials with a third party.

Where a technical error causes an incorrect game result or an incorrect credit to a player's account, 345wim reserves the right to correct the error and void any winnings derived from it, regardless of whether the player has already attempted to withdraw those funds.

13. Amendments to These Terms

345wim reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify active players — typically via a notice displayed upon next login or via the registered mobile number or email address on file.
